Thanks Adam - It's a little tricky but lots of fun. Basically, you get an intervalometer that you set to take a picture every 30 seconds and let it run all night long. You will end up with 700-800 images. You can then use QuickTime to merge them together into a video. Then add a sound track if you want. I did pull the images into Lightroom to tweak all the images easily a bit before I merged them. It's the same technique I used for the clouds videos I did.
