For Photographers of All Skill levels since 2005
I'm looking at tripods right now so I can take better landscape, evening, and portrait shots. The problem is I don't have a budget for a Manfroto Carbon Fiber. Any recommendations for something stable with either a good head attached, or make recommendations for the head as well. This is for a Canon T2i using a Sigma 18-250 lens.
Lots of recommendations from coworkers, verbal from a club member, did a lot of research and ended up purchasing a SLIK Pro 500dp. It weighs 7lbs, but is really sturdy with 3-way bubble-leveled head. Easy to set up, quick-release works really easy, and wind doesn't seem to phase it. I'm happy.
