For Photographers of All Skill levels since 2005
Doug recently posted the event for the Salt Lake Bird Festival and if anyone gets any footage from this event video wise you are welcome to submit it to me to be considered for the a documentary that I have been helping with about The Great Salt Lake and surrounding areas. There is no monetary compensation for this but if the footage is used there is a good chance that you can be mentioned in the credits for it. A copyright release for the footage is required as well. This could be a cool way to get something into a publication if your interested.
Also if you feel that you are good enough with your DSLR video to film some more for this besides that you are welcome to shoot some video while you are out and send it to me or we are running some fanboats and documenting some stuff with the DNR during some of their work and studies and if there is space you are welcome to come along and film it.
If you choose to get some stuff while you are out try to record it in the best quality available and either 24fps or 60fps. 720p HD or 1080p HD. They are looking for wildlife, events around the GSL and anything related to the GSL.
Call me with any questions or to send footage or if you want to try and make it out to one of the DNR studies. 801-941-5576
